Every model we make comes basement-ready with a wooden foundation, instead of steel. Unlike many other companies where basements are an expensive add-on, our homes come with this feature built-in at no extra cost.

We understand the demands of northern Alberta's harsh climate, which is why we use spray-foam insulation in all our modular homes. Spray-foam insulation outperforms traditional insulation by creating an airtight seal, preventing heat loss and reducing energy costs.
